Our estimated delivery dates are based on the following factors: processing time for your order, the shipping options you've chosen and the destination address (NO PO BOX, NO MILITARY ADDRESS). You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the delivery time based on the shipping method you've chosen.

Standard Shipping to the U.S.

Free shipping with minimum quantity order. Shipping and handling within the US for all orders of more than $75 of Sindoh products. In addition, the Minimum Order Quantity for the order will be $75 +, which means minimum price for 3 filaments or 2 3DWOX 1 Beds(RDPU2550-ASQ) or 3 Cartridge cases(RDPP3700).

Most standard orders ship within 1-2 business days. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be available to you during checkout*. Please note, some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe. These items are included in our Shipping & Delivery Exceptions below.

Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice

Why hasn't my item shipped yet?

While most of our items have a relatively short shipping timeframe, there are those that need just a little more time to get to you. Below are some of the items that take longer to ship/deliver than average. Please be advised that this list is not all inclusive. Always make sure you are checking the product description and your delivery estimate for further information on the shipping of your item.

Alaska & Hawaii

What are the shipping options for Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories?

We offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US Territories on most items weighing 150 pounds or less. 

The shipping rate to Alaska or Hawaii will vary based on the destination, weight and dimensions of the package(s), and shipping method. Your shipping cost and delivery time frame will be displayed at the checkout page before you submit your order.

Note: Our standard free shipping, shipping discounts do not apply when items ship to Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories.

Standard Service	Estimated Delivery: 7-14 business days. Delivery to remote locations may take an additional 1-2 weeks. Note: Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska or US Territories is excluded from the free shipping offer. Tracking information for shipments may not be available for orders shipping via Standard.
2-5 Business days	Items weighing more than 10 pounds and items worth more than $100 USD or more are shipped vi the 2-5 business days option, unless you choose another expedited shipping option.
2-4 Business days	Expedited Shipping is not included in the free standard shipping offer. If you wish to select this option will appear at checkout if available.

International Shipping

Berktraders is proud to offer international shipping to many countries and several US Territories. Our Customer Care Team still handles any service needs you may have. Shipping rates and fees will vary based on the item and shipping destination. Free shipping offer is excluded from International Shipping.

International shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on your desired service level, item type and quantity, total weight of your order, and the destination’s postal code. Additional charges related to shipping, duties, or tax are available at checkout for review before you complete your purchase.

Logistics and transportation can get the tracking results depending on the logistics provider used. The package was not received within the processing time, please contact us as soon as possible support@berktraders.com, thank you for your enthusiasm waiting for our reply, we will deal with the logistics problem as soon as possible.

Cancellation / Changes

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

In the event of any concerns or complaints about possible violation of intellectual property rights, please send us an email at legal@berktraders.com, identifying with specificity the rights alleged to be violated and the accused product(s). This email address is just for intellectual property rights and legal issues. Other requests may not get response.
